However, if you receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing products

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items opened or used
  • Items damaged due to incorrect usage
  • Colour, fragrance, or wax “results” (because results depend on process)

What You Need to Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photo or video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will either replace the product or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
