Welcome to the Lemon Points Rewards Program (“Program”).
By joining and using this program, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

1. Signup Bonus

When you create a new account on www.lemonmwaxblend.com, you will
receive 20 reward points (worth ₹20) as a welcome gift.
These points will be added to your account automatically after
successful signup and login.

2. Earning Points on Purchases

  • You will earn 5 reward points for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Points are calculated on the total order value, including taxes and shipping.
  • Example:
    ○ If you place an order worth ₹1,000, you earn 50 points (worth ₹50).
  • Points can be used on your next purchase to reduce your bill amount.

3. Eligibility for Earning Points

Points are credited only when you place an order through our website while logged into your Lemon Wax Blend account.
Orders placed through:

  • Guest checkout
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone calls
  • Offline purchases will not earn reward points.

4. Point Expiry

  • All reward points will expire 60 days from the date they are
    credited.
  • Expired points cannot be restored, extended, or reissued.

5. Redeeming Your Points

  • You can redeem your points directly at checkout.
  • There is no minimum or maximum redemption limit — you may use as
    many points as you have, up to your total order amount.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another
    person’s account.

6. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • If your order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the reward
    points earned on that order will be reversed from your account.
  • If you had redeemed points on that order, the used points may be
    adjusted from your refund amount.

7. Program Changes

Lemon Wax Blend reserves the right to change, pause, or stop the Rewards Program or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. General Conditions

Reward points have no cash value outside the Lemon Wax Blend
platform.

  • Our decision regarding point calculation, eligibility, or
    redemption will be final.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity related to reward
    points may result in:
    ○ Cancellation of points
    ○ Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
